Looking for Roomates!

Hello All! :) Me and my fiancé both Seattle natives and UW graduates are looking for tenants at our current residence.

House is a Split Floor plan. We have total 4 bedrooms here. One room Is downstairs so we occupy the bottom floor. We are totally out of the way. Separate entrance as well. So, the whole top floor which has total of 3 rooms is available to rent.

rooms is a master bedroom with private bath and the other two are regular sized rooms with a bathroom located right outside the rooms!

$ is for one of the rooms . Master bedroom would be more.

Kitchen will be shared by everybody which is upstairs. Washer/Dryer available.

Ring camera is installed on the property. Huge backyard and plenty of space to park in the driveway.
Huge car garage with plenty of room for storage if needed. If you are from here you know how some areas in Tacoma could be. This neighborhood is very family friendly and one of the best in Tacoma. You can look up BrownsPoint area on the map. That is where our house is located.

We also have two little frenchies . Super friendly with all humans and animals. More pets are welcomed, they just have to be Emotional support or service animal to be approved. I work for Seattle Children’s heart transplant clinic and my fiancé is a technician for a private company in Kent. I also really need some girlfriends so would love to live with someone who is also looking for a friend but if you are not into that and like to stay to yourself, that is ok as well! Down to earth, chill , outgoing people, animal lovers. Can answer any questions you have about layout of the house etc. Please don’t hesitate to reach out. We look forward to connecting with you :)
