Hello! This is for one room in a two bedroom apartment. To get on the lease, you must apply & sign by January 5th, or be a subletee.

The pics are from the original listing & I'll be posting pics of how it's currently furnished soon. One room is larger than the other & costs more. You can take either room & we can negotiate how the rent is split. The apartment is fully furnished with pictures/paintings, a couch, tv, tv stand, living room rug, bathroom shelf, & kitchen appliances/utensils/dishes. All furnishings, appliances & common spaces are available for use & you can bring in additional furnishings. There's also a full-size spring mattress, box spring, & mattress frame for use.

The building/apartment has had issues & I am happy to go over them with you, but nothing that has made the place unlivable or unsafe, & management & the superintendent are very responsive.

Great location with easy access to amazing restaurants, Morningside Park, a laundromat across the street & train stations (B/C on the corner & a 5min walk to the 2).

The apartment will be open for tours starting December th.

Living info: I'm looking for someone who will clean up after themselves. I'm open to pets! I am open to hosting parties occasionally (& usually host one party a year myself). I'm open to you having friends over as long as I can still use the common space, it is not TOO frequent, & you are not too loud or too late (I usually go to bed around midnight on the week days & am on the weekends). Friendly to all gender-orientations, sexual-orientations, race, nationalities, religions, ages & disability statuses!

I'm a yo man from NYC who works for the NYS Assembly. I have a girlfriend who visits frequently. I'm busy during the day & most days get home around 9pm. I'm usually out on the weekends. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, movies, & going out. I enjoy making friends but am happy to let you do your own thing!
