I am a year old with two dogs and a great work life balance. Currently an ICU nurse at TGH and a -FNP part time student. I enjoy the craft brewery scene, I have a Disney Annual Pass, and enjoy nature around the bay as much as possible. I havent rented out my property before. Ive been in a situation where I hadnt needed to for four years. But now I need a roommate, I have a bath
with a pool and fenced in backyard. I am a clean person, who lives in a house that looks like someone lives in it. My 2 dogs are a rough collie and a red heeler who are well trained but a lot of fun. Shared spaces are kitchen, living room, backyard, garage, and built in bar. Private are bedroom and bathroom
