Room for rent in capital hill Denver. Room is in a sqft house with a heated garage and driveway and a putting green in the backyard. I’m moving out and looking for someone to replace me in the house. I’ve been here over a year and loved it. It’s a coliving house through a property management company so you would sign your own lease and your price is not based on anyone else’s which is really nice. Everyone in the house is extremely nice a friendly years old. The room available is a very nice room that gets a lot of natural sunlight and I grew a ton of plants in here. It will come unfurnished though, except for the mini fridge, that will stay with the room. Base rent is $ service fee+ $ cleaning fee, they have cleaners come once a month and clean the whole house including the bedrooms if you want them to. Total rent is $
