- Amenities: in house washer/dryer, full kitchen and living room, AC & heat, off-street parking, grass backyard, bbq, gated neighborhood
- No drug users
- The house is generally quiet during the week. We like to keep a relaxed environment and are looking for someone friendly, neat and responsible. Open to either gender applicants, we currently have girl (ages ). All are UCR students.
