Absolutely love this spot but I am looking to move out west upon graduating this December. I’m willing to leave about of the furniture behind for a discounted price (desk, couch, 2-seater hi-top table set, pantry rack). Great location, very walkable area. Safe. Quiet neighbors inside the building. Can get a little noisy outside on game days given the location. Must ask leasing office about pets. Leasing office is responsive and friendly.
