The neighborhood is very walkable, with the apartment a short walk from several recreational opportunities, including La Mesita Park, Junior Seau Sports Complex, YMCA, and Hour Fitness. Lake Murray, Cowles Mountain, and Mission Trails Regional Park are all within a short drive.
