- Laundry service is present in basement.
- Gym is available in lobby.
- Private room features- spacious and semifurnished- it has office chair and desk, table fan, laundry basket, night lamp, side table, humidifier and spacious closet. I also have single ikea mattress and matress box if required.
(For minimalistic person it’s fully furnished)
- Common area- Kitchen and bathroom is shared with me.
- No of people living in house currently - 1 female(myself)
- No of people required in house-1 female
- Hygiene- pet and smoke free house. There is no cockroaces or bedbugs also.
- direction - House facing north west with an unobstructed amazing view from all of its window.
- Deposit - Last month rent would require as deposit and every month rent is require on 1st day of the month.
- parking available for extra cost
- About me- Working professional(originally from Mumbai) mostly doing working from home. Clean and friendly.

- Expectations- I am looking for female(single person only) who is clean and responsible and who respect my work from home culture and not a pet parent to join my space. Prefer Indian woman. No party and no overnight visitors please.
- Please note if you struggle to keep house clean and maintained then this may not be right choice for you.
