Need house/apt with small yard

Need a place to rent immediately. As soon as I have a lease and a key to show to my dad I’ll have the money for move in. I’m in a rough situation right now and it’s pretty urgent that I find a place asap. I have a support dog who is very well behaved and doesn’t have accidents inside and doesn’t bark. I have good rental history and pay my rent on time every month in the past. Please send me info on a place in the Denver surrounding area. Would like to keep rent at or less if possible but open to more if it’s the right situation
