Looking to sublet our apartment at Aura Beacon Island for the remainder of the lease. Move in as early as and lease ends . After the end of the lease you can renew if you'd like to stay, or decide to move out if a short term is all that is needed.

bath for $/month. Second floor apartment with an amazing view of Clear Lake and South Shore Harbour marina!! The complex is quiet, friendly, and has great amenities. It is a gated community on an Island, so it has great privacy and no random traffic. The island is surrounded by a dock that is great for taking walks, relaxing, or going fishing in your free time! We do also have an in-building garage below the unit available for an additional $/month, but not required if not needed.

We have lived here for 2 years and have been the sole occupants of this unit since the complex opened. It is a great community and easy access to local shopping and entertainment. Our only reason for leaving is that I'm relocating for work out of state. If you're interested, please message me for more details!
