ROOM FOR RENT

Description

I am renting a room available starting February 1st.
I don't have any pictures with the furniture, but it will include nightstands, a small refrigerator, and a closet. The rent is $, utilities included: water, electricity, A.C., internet, gas.
You can use the kitchen, laundry room and 1 bathroom.
I live with my 2 children (Aaron ) and my cat Nimbus.
Only for 1 person, only woman, pets are not allowed.
The house is protected with a security system and cameras.
We are very polite, respectful and clean and we expect the same from you.
It will be a pleasure for you to come and see the house in person.
