Transferring 6 month lease

Hello! I am a year old medical student about to graduate. I am currently living with 2 other girls. I am looking for roommates OR a small family to transfer our 6 month lease (Jan-July ). We live in a .5 bathroom in Ahwatukee Phoenix. With the transfer, only a $ application fee is needed per person. $ Administration fee and $ security deposit has been waived.

Total monthly rent (including fees/taxes): $
OR $ per roommate (split 2 way)
OR $ per roommate (split 3 way)

Not included fees: SRP Electricity, COX Wifi, & Renters insurance (price depends on usage or company) Downstairs area: kitchen (large pantry), dining room, living room, patio, washer dryer, half bathroom and two closets.

Upstairs area: holds one master bedroom with a personal bathroom. additional 2 bedrooms with one bathroom and hallway closet.

Additional: pet friendly, one reserved parking spot, gated, hr maintenance, gym, 3 pools & community events.
