Available January 1st! Looking for a roommate for the 4th bedroom in my bath 3 living room areas house! female roommate ages . Looking for similar age. We are all friends and get along.

Private bedroom with semi attatched private bathroom(we just ask it’s always clean since it is the only bathroom downstairs for guest)

All included in monthly price: maids biweekly (they clean your room also), certain cleaning products/toiletries, all utilities including high speed internet, house is fully furnished except your bedroom, 3 refrigerators/freezers available, access to 4 security cameras, community pool, Private pantry. Laundry is upstairs.

There is a community club house with pool across the street. We have 2 medium sized dogs in the house. They are not messy. Owners take very good care so you do not have to interact with them if you don’t want.

I don’t have a picture of the room as tenant is still there till dec st but has agreed to let you see the room! Please no partying, alcohol or drugs as we are all working professionals. Message me for more details!
