I'm looking for someone to replace me in my shared apartment in Cambridge, MA, near Central station on the Red line. The apartment is a 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, bathroom apartment currently shared between 3 roommates. The 2 remaining are 2 men around working in science at the university. Rent is $ + utilities ~$ Some upfront fees will be needed: $ for changing the contract, the last month rent, and the furniture I will be leaving you that we can negotiate.
