Looking for a Respectful, Responsible Roommate I’m offering a private ’ room in my well-maintained -bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood. The room is $/month, including utilities. There are two living areas, the main floor and the basement, which is almost ready to go. The basement will serve as additional common area for entertainment, exercise, or relaxing. Key Features: • Central A/C, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and fiber optic Wi-Fi • Off-street parking • Large backyard with a deck, fire table, and BBQ grill (great for spring/summer/fall) • Trails nearby, 5 minutes from Chatfield and the foothills Smoking/ is allowed outside, as long as it doesn’t disturb neighbors. I also have a queen-size bed available if needed. Requirements: • $ refundable deposit • Credit and background check required • Ideal for a responsible, positive person who values a clean, friendly space
