Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease from November/December until July (end date can be negotiated since I will be moving). Sorry no pets per rental agreement :(

-spacious living room/kitchen/garage space.
-2 car garage & plenty of street parking.
-very safe and quiet neighborhood. Nightly security patrol for added safety. Community pool.
-utilities usually ~$/per month/per person (WiFi/trash/water/gas/electricity)
-Other 2 housemates are both WesternU students.
