New Build House in Braselton, GA. Gated neighborhood with pool/tennis courts. There are 3 bedrooms aside from mine available to choose from, pictured is the largest of the 3 and has a bed and nightstands already in it, other bedrooms also have bed/nightstands. Your own bathroom is also pictured! House is very nicely decorated and kept clean, I will only be accepting a single roommate, do not want more than one. All internet, laundry, etc is included, and you are welcome to use any area of the house except for my bedroom/bathroom. Can have your own office space if needed, and extra closets for storage. I’m a 27 year old male, open to a male or female roommate, hoping to find one that shares some similar interests/hobbies!
