I am renting one *unfurnished* room in my sweet Tucker Townhouse -- /2 bath-- the room (accommodates 1 person) rents for $/month and includes utilities. The room is featured in the photos, but comes unfurnished and is in size.

I am hoping to find housemates who shares the core values that this house thrives on and be people who prioritize: equality and shared work in communal spaces (we use a cleaning schedule), compassion, justice and friendly/polite communication.

The space is located just a few minutes from I- (Mt. Industrial) and I- (Jimmy Carter).
