About the house:
                  •               Located in the peaceful Del Mar Heights neighborhood.
                  •               Features a 2-car garage (shared among housemates) and ample street parking.
                  •               A gorgeous backyard with a barbecue setup, fruit trees, an entertainment space, and an ocean view

We toured the house recently and are eager to apply, but we’re looking for a sixth housemate to complete our group!
 
About the room:
                  •               It’s the largest bedroom in the house (exact square footage TBD).
                  •               Includes plenty of closet space and a bright window nook—perfect for plant lovers!
                  •               Has its own private door leading to the backyard.
