I’m looking for a subleaser to fill my bedroom in a bath apartment. Starting as early as Dec. 1st move in through the end of our lease in July. Flexible on move in date and can be willing to prorate your rent as well. Rent is $/mo including all bills and utilities. Roommates are two year old girls who work full time. Roommates are clean, organized, quiet, respectful, easy going, and responsible. They don’t throw parties and usually only have people over at a time on a rare occasion. The bedroom you’d be filling is spacious with a large walk in closet, it’s the furthest room from the living area as well and has a shared bathroom with one other roommate. She is clean and mainly uses the bathroom between am or so. Apartment comes furnished in the living/common areas but bedroom will be empty. However, if you have furniture you wish to bring, we can work something out depending on what it is to make space, and if you need a full sized mattress and box spring, i’m willing to sell mine to you (they’re brand new as of last year and in great condition).

Apartment has balcony, is on second floor, comes with one shared covered parking spot but you can have it for $ extra. Nice community pool and gym area, also has volleyball courts and grills. Quiet family oriented neighborhood. Lots of grocery stores, gyms, target, restaurants, etc. close by. minutes from downtown tempe/ASU and minutes from downtown phoenix. minutes from the airport. Close to the , and highways so it’s in a great location for commuting.
