Looking for basement/next gen suite

Description

I am a year old home inspector. I am very low drama, respectful and quiet. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle and diet. I have friends over from time to time to usually watch sports or a movie, but will not be hosting large social functions. I am very easy going and am happy to hangout and talk from time to time or let my roommates have their space if they prefer. I enjoy adult beverages on the weekends, but never get sloppy or heavily inebriated and usually while out with friends.
