• You’ll have your own main bathroom, perfect for guests as well.
• Stunning views of downtown and the mountains, plus a short walk to great dining, nightlife, and the Stampede train station.
• All utilities included (including high-speed internet!), with in-suite laundry, central AC, and a spacious balcony for some fresh air.

Building Perks:
• Secure building with concierge and security.
• Access to a well-equipped gym—perfect for staying active!
-parking is available in the area for an extra cost.

Rent Details:
• Move-in available immediately.
• Rent includes all utilities, plus internet.
• 5-month lease with a possibility for extension.
• Damage deposit: half of one month’s rent, due upon lease signing.
- parking is not included but there is street parking and lots in the area. Quite often ppl in the building are renting out their spots as well.

About Me:
I work from home, so it would be challenging if you also work remotely. I value a peaceful, respectful space, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy this shared home just as much!
