I have an extra room available for rent in my home, located not far from downtown Nashville, and easy commute to Clarksville. looking to fill this room by December 1st but the room is available November th.

A little about me - I’m years old, enjoy the outdoors, I’m not a huge party guy but enjoy hanging out with friends and grabbing beers. I generally stay pretty busy with work but would love to find a roomate who has similar interests. Dm me if interested. More info about the house below.

This room is cozy and perfect for someone looking for a comfortable, peaceful living space. You'll have a full bathroom to yourself, there's also a convenient half bathroom downstairs! There is a garage parking spot available. Home is partially furnished. Room is not furnished. There is an office available as well if you work from home.
Rent: $/month (includes utilities: water, trash, & electricity)
• Location: Northeast side of Nashville and convenient minute commute to downtown Nashville and close to interstate for commutes to Clarksville
• No pets allowed, and no smoking
• Preference: Single individuals only (sorry, no couples, and preference is another male who is personable and easy to get along with and similar in age)
