Young Adult House Share! (Ages 18 - 26) Great location on Education Hill! Safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. This house-share has 6 private bedrooms plus common areas. Each private room has a coded door for your own security. The currently available room is about 12' x 15' and is located downstairs near the laundry. Shared spaces in the home include: Bathrooms, Kitchen (with two sinks & three fridges), Dining, & Family Room with piano! Off-street parking is available. Large backyard to enjoy as well as a garden and three decks! Current tenants are polite, quiet, and mostly introverted. This is a community, not just a room rental thus all residents gather for a business/social meeting once per month. Housemates must be "clean" (no drugs, no smoking or vaping). Potential tenants need to meet & be approved by other tenants. No pets or alcohol in the house.
