I’m looking for a roommate to share an apartment, starting Jan fourth. Here are the key details:
• Location: Miami Shores neighborhood, seventeen min to Wynwood, nineteen min to downtown, eighteen to MIA Airport and seventeen min to North Miami Beach.
• Rent: hundred a month, including all utilities and parking.
• Room: private room and bathroom, furnished (full size bed, mobile stand up laptop desk with height adjustable and lockable wheels; and task chair) or unfurnished and good size closet.
• Amenities: high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, washer, dryer and gym in building.
• Hi! I’m Carlos, a forty two
year old professional working in the entertainment industry. I’m easygoing, friendly, responsible and enjoy cooking, sports, the beach and traveling.

I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces, and I like to keep things quiet and balanced. During the week, I’m usually busy with work and on weekends, I enjoy exploring the city, hanging out with friends, walking my dog and relaxing at home.
