Hi!

I have an unfurnished room for rent for $/month plus utilities. The room is a little over ft. It includes a walk-in closet, private bathroom, ceiling fan, and natural light. (Note that it will be unfurnished)

The home is located on the west side of Charlotte close to Mount Holly.

You'll have access to all common areas in the house. Home comes with living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, garage for storage, fenced in backyard with hot tub and patio.

About me: year old female. I'm a music producer and artist who works at home in my music studio. Very laid back, drama free, can be open and friendly but can also keep to myself.

I have a small bichon who's extremely friendly and gets a little hyper at times. He'll likely get attached to you so the roommate definitely must love dogs.

Female roommate only. No smokers and no couples please. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Ideal roommate is someone musical or creative who's comfortable with music being played in the house.
