We are planning to rent our apartment in 📍Tynnered, gothenburg sweden from end of December. The contract will initially be for 6 months with a chance of extension till November.

The apartment is sqm with 2 rooms and a large balcony with a beautiful park view. The room has a nice view of trees to witness the seasonal change and if you are lucky you will get to spot the deer.

The apartment has access to 3 elevators and car parking with an elevator just outside the house.
The apartment comes furnished.

The other perks come with nearby tram stop, bus stop, grocery store, kid’s school, a park, biblioteket, Vardcentral and pharmacy. Frolunda Torg is just 4 minutes away via tram and you can reach the central in minutes.

We are looking for a caring, calm and serious family who is pet & smoke free. You as a tenant will be responsible for the Electricity consumption and internet.
