Peaceful Studio with great view!

Rent- $ a month, utilities for me are always $ and is all electricity, WiFi is provided. Luckily the door in the photo opens so when it gets hot I just open the door instead of running up the bill and it never gets super cold in here it’s insulated well.

Closet space concerned me at first when I moved into here but having the area to hang clothes as well as an area below to put a small dresser makes it not a problem. I got the grey ottoman at Home goods for $ and put all my clothes in there as a dresser so it makes it look nice and hidden for more space and I have a ton of clothes myself.

My bed is a queen so that gives a better idea of how large the room is. When I first moved in and there was nothing in here I was disappointed because of how small I thought it was. But truly the more stuff I added the bigger it felt and I really do love this place but I want to move back to Clt for internships.

I play my music pretty loud sometimes and never had noise complaints. My neighbor next to me, and I only have one too so that’s nice says he can’t even hear it.

The mount for the TV I’ll just give it to you, it be wrong to put holes in the wall and leave you to deal with it but it creates so much more space having a tv mounted.

It takes me like a minute to walk to the bus stop, and only a 4 minute drive to school. The drop off is next to the student union so if you have morning classes you can stay at the crib until like minutes before your class starts. I can’t the bus and I get to class at usually.

It really is worth the cost. Only downside is parking. Idk how a lease takeover would work if you’d be able to get a pass. It’s $ a month but I don’t think they have any spots. I park right across the street though at the urgent care bc they don’t tow. And it isn’t bad to walk from my apartment. I’m also next to the only vending machine so that’s dope
