Looking for girl roommate to join my lease in a b from Nov/Dec at jersey city. Rent is $ plus utilities. The room is spacious and well maintained with a large closet. It’s a relatively new apartment building 7 mins walking distance from the Liberty state light rail. Apartment is close to Liberty state park which is great place to walk/jog. Parking garage is close by, $ per month. Additionally building has paid private parking too if interested. Security deposit is $ which will be given to the person you are replacing for the lease. Lease ends in June and I’m looking for someone interested in renewing the lease with me. The apartment is already set up and lease is already signed.
