Room for rent $ + Utilities

Hi! My name is Kim (They/Them) and my wife is Alex (She/They) and we’re looking for a roommate who is responsible, has a stable income, is clean, and is okay living with two cats. We’re both , we have two cats, a male black cat, and a female grey tabby. We also have lots of plants 🪴 as you can see. The room is vacant and available for rent immediately.

I am a Home Care Assistant, and my wife attends Emory Law School full-time. So our schedules are pretty set Monday-Friday. Due to a bad prior experience, we will not be able to accommodate anymore pets in our home.

We live in West Atlanta, University Center and we’re looking to rent the second bedroom in our apartment. It is B 1B Apt, with a large living room and kitchen.

The room alone is ft with a walk-in closet. The closet has shelving units installed for long term storage of paper products, laundry products, and such. As you can see in the pictures, we have a cat tree installed in the wall. While it is a semi permanent fixture, it can be dismantled or you can use it for your own storage. You do not have to keep your room open or allow our cats in there if that is your preference.

The kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared spaces with some limited room for storage but we are open to re-organization ideas and helping to create more space. We would expect to share responsibility for maintaining and cleaning shared spaces with a new tenant.
