Looking for a roommate In Beaumont.

Description

I go to Lamar University and the person that was supposed to movie in with me this semester and next semester bailed on me. So I need someone to split this place with me $ a month depending on if the light bill go up or down. But this would be for rent,lights and internet.
I’m a respectable person all I could ask for the person coming to stay with me is to be respectful, can clean up after themselves and communicate well with eachother as we will be living together.
