Driveway parking located in a niece quiet HOA community. Rent includes all bills except wifi. Please must be employed and work full time no prior evictions or felonies as we do background checks on everyone before moving in. This is a shared housing with four other roomates. (Liveout landlord ) 6 month rental agreement then month to month after that. Security deposit and first months rent is do upon move in or we can brake it down in 2 payments.
