Hey everyone! I am going abroad this spring and looking for someone to sublet my space! I live in a at the Identity in Dinkytown. I have a private bedroom with a private bathroom connected. You'd be sharing the common space with three other girls.
The rent is $ a month with an additional $ on average for utilities.
The lease would be from January 1st to the end of May.(Can be flexible)
This is a great space with amazing apartment amenities such as a hot-tub in the court yard and a gym! You are within easy walking distance from classes and are close to everything in Dinkytown as well!
