Two Rooms will be located at 2nd floor 

Lease terms : Months (first and last month rent + security deposit )

one room can be rented month by month for $.

Backyard has Covered Patio and will have sitting area (smoking is allowed at the yard)

I am yrs old, Male, a company Technician
Looking for like-minded professionals prefer individuals cant host families in the mean time (Students are welcome) , would rather keep it low key means no parties/events are allowed , house is located at safe/quiet neighborhood Community.

It's ready for immediate move in. background check might be needed prior to move in , but it's something you don't have to pay for, I will not consider any tenants with criminal history or any felonies , I prefer professionals but students are welcome as well !
