Rooms for females only because there’s a female and child living in the house along with me.
bath available in a house. You can rent bath or multiple rooms together.
For bath, rent including all bills is $/month. If you need more rooms, we can discuss discounted price. Private bathrooms, not shared.

No lease required and no deposit required. Short term ok too, but couple of months minimum.
Location: Cedar Park.
House is bed, 4 full bath.
No more pets. There’s a cat in the house already.
You must have clean background.

House has all you need:
Two big water heaters, three refrigerators, two dishwashers, huge washer & dryer
Wifi - Fast internet: 1GB/sec
Access to wireless security cameras that cover the outside of this house.
Access to swimming pool and play ground in this Whitestone Oaks community.
