Ideally looking for a very clean roommate.

The room is fully furnished, large window which get a nice amount of natural light. There is a nice bathroom that will be shared. The shower is perfect and theres lots of extra room for storage under the sink.
We do a rotating cleaning or you can pay extra $ and I will do the cleaning for you.
There is just 2 people living in we are looking for a third!
We have a huge backyard with extra storage in the shed, garage, fire pit and a barbecue! There is a Frenchie living in so you should be fine with pets.
