Basement Living Space in town house

Description

I am planning to move out of this space and I am looking for someone to take my place. The space is rather large with its own bathroom and kitchenette. There is in-house laundry as well as a dishwasher upstairs. There are 3 other roomates, all who live in their own respective rooms upstairs. They are all super responsible and respectful. The roommates do need to come through the basement space to access the laundry area, but they are very respectful and will always knock and never come down during times when you specify they cannot. The space does not have windows besides for the back door and the bathroom, but it does have its own door with direct access to parking and the back yard.
