We’re looking for someone who can qualify to be approved on the lease so our ex roommate can get off. If you have a dog they would need to be used to being friendly around cats since we have 2. We keep things tidy but are not super strict on cleanliness. We always clean up after cooking & put our dishes away. Looking for someone or a couple that is respectful with the space & not too loud late at night.
