Looking for roommate - S MPLS

Hey there! Me and my dog Cooper are looking for a roommate at a house I own in the Nokomis neighborhood of south Minneapolis. $ covers rent, utilities, and a driveway spot. Garage spot available in the spring. This is a great space if you’re an artist type and/or play music as I’ve got my drums, amps, and fender Rhodes in the basement. Unfortunately I can’t take in another animal as Cooper is king of the castle and the space isn’t big enough for two pets. I’m a M-F pm work from home type and keep things mellow at home. My party days are way behind me. I also have a cleaning crew come in once a month. The spare room is currently my office but is a room with a small closet.
