Three bedroom house. Renting a room

Hi I am offering a room for rent in a house, located just a few miles from Fresno City and Fresno State. A few minutes from river park and wood ward park. You'll have to shared amenities like the bathroom, backyard, and laundry facilities.
Friendly, well-behaved dogs/cats may be considered, provided they're potty trained and sociable. We all work Monday through Friday. Looking for someone Willing to sign a contract. Very open to any person or gender.
But you have to have a job at least part time(we will want to verify). I wouldn’t say we’re a super quiet household but we are quiet Monday through Thursday after
pm.
We do respect everyone’s work schedules and sleep schedule though. There is two males and one female already in the house. Looking for someone who is responsible, respectful and can verify income
