Hello, my name is Elias, I am a year old male, and an engineer who works for GM. I am usually out of the house from PM on weekdays, and in the weekends I’m usually home. I just purchased this beautiful new construction in Auburn Hills. It is a bath. I am looking for someone chill, non smoker a must as I do not smoke, cats allowed if they remain in your room while you are not home. (making sure they don’t ruin the furniture in the living room). I am a tech geek and an automotive enthusiast so I can help you with anything you need regarding those things! I am pretty chill, love to hang out when I have time, and pretty talkative (I can also keep to myself if that is what you prefer). I enjoy watching movies on my theater setup, having friendly gatherings, gaming on xbox/PC, cooking, and home improvement projects. Obviously if you choose to be my roommate, you are welcome to use all the amenities in the house, as long as you are tidy and you clean as you go. I like to be very organized as you will see when you check out the house. I will be moving in at the beginning of November/ middle of November. Obviously we will get to know each other more before we make the final decision.

This is a new construction in Auburn Hills! The room includes a generous walk in closet, and you will have a shared bathroom (Jack and Jill/shared). In addition, if you need more storage space, There is extra room in the basement for items you will not be using.

If you need a garage space, it is first come first serve with a $ extra charge per month.
