I like to think I’m awesome and chill. (Dark humored silly goose of a guy) Not much of a party goer so the house is usually pretty quiet besides the occasional self karaoke I do on the weekends. I don’t mind the renter to have overnight guests or to drink, smoking would be outside only. I think someone at least is fine. Students are more than welcome. I am also going back to school in January.
