I am looking for a quiet room to rent for the next 12-24 months.
I'm the new guy in town. I currently live in San Mateo.
I'm male, 39, Scots-Irish and German, and an indie game developer.

Currently, I work two different positions in the restaurant biz.
I spend a lot of my time working, coding, and drawing.
I'm busy, quiet, courteous, and private.
I don't do drugs, parties, drama, TV, or load music.

I'm liberal, bi, and I have a boyfriend.
When I am home you probably won't notice, except when I bring Chris over.
He and I have busy schedules, but when we have the time, we talk, laugh, watch Anime, cook, and sleep together.

Sorry to be so open about my sexuality, but this is San Francisco and I am tired of meeting xenophobic people.

I need kitchen privileges. Having an overnight guest once or twice a week is a must.
