Terms:
- Contract for one year with an option to renew
- Parking is not included
- Utilities are not included
- Window A/C is allowed but not included
- Washer and Dryer are not included
- Hosting of any guests is not permitted
- No pets are allowed
- No smoking
- Must keep shared areas clean
- Security deposit is required
- Proof of sufficient income is required
- Background/credit checks are required (fee)
