Town House Room For Rent

I have a room for rent in a very nice Town House In Deer Run Village for 650 a month. The home includes a a washer,dyer, and fenced in backyard. Rent is all inclusive(Water, utilities, Wifi and cable). I offer either a 3, 6 or 12 month rental period, with a 250 deposit.This is a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, it has a a clubhouse with a pool, hot tub and tennis court. The bedroom includes a private restroom and plenty of storage space. The bedroom is on the second floor ensuring you have plenty of privacy. The room is currently pink, but it will be painted white prior to move in. I am a 28 year old male, working full time as an operations manager. I work roughly 55 hours week, mostly nights so I am not home often. I do have a 1 year old daughter and I have her at the house for 4 nights a month. I am looking for someone who is mature, drug free and will not mind having a child around for a few days each month. I have 1 small dog (chihuahua mix), but he is outside the majority of the time.
