Room for Rent!

Hello! I'm in search of a housemate. I have a private room/bath available at Summerlin Trace in Fort Myers. Complex has a pool and tennis court. The place is run by an HOA and their application fees are twohundred submitted to the complex, after we meet and vibe together.

I'm looking for a housemate who is very clean and willing to put up with my OCD quirks. Preferably a female between twentyfive and thirtyfive years old but I'm open to any gender. The place is furnished so no more furniture is needed except what would furnish your own room and bath. Unfortunately no more pets (its not my rule, its theirs.)

I'm a thirty year old female. I love the outdoors. Hiking, biking, boating, diving, climbing, fishing. I like to cook and drink wine. I enjoy a good night out but don’t bring the party home with me. I'm usually gone from the house all day so you'd essentially be living with my dog (9yo pitt mix) as I work full time.
