Hello! I am an EMS professional looking for a clean and friendly roommate that would enjoy being in the wonderful PV area. I have a medium corgi mix, he is super quiet and friendly.
Utilities are minimal, just APS and Cox. Move-in fee/cleaning deposit is refundable upon move out.
You would be added onto the lease for one year.

I am a very clean individual. When I am not at paramedic school or work, I love cooking, reading, and doing movie nights at home.
Your side of the apartment would be completely private. There is a laundry closet in the kitchen area, and the complex has a lovely pool, hot tub, gym, and is super quiet all the time.
HUGE closet space!

All the shops and restaurants you could want within a few minutes! Phoenix Mountain Preserve is also nearby for gorgeous hiking views.
