I am looking to sublet my West Loop convertible apartment beginning October -February . Current rental rate is $.

All utilities are included (this includes WiFi) and you are only responsible for electric which is usually about $ a month through ComEd.

Full size washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, garbage disposal, large closet with built in shelving, cardio room upstairs, weight room downstairs, beautiful rooftop, grills, gas fireplace, working/entertainment space, and pet friendly. Parking is also available for a fee. Building is secured with key fob entry only and also needed to access the elevator.

Apartment is in an amazing location. You are right next to Randolph street where all the bars and restaurants are. A 5 minute walk to Fulton Market street, and a 5 minute walk to the Green/Pink line. You are in the heart of everything.
