Hello! I'm looking for a roommate for a cozy living arrangement:

🏡 About the apartment:
The apartment is located just a 5-minute walk from the Delancey and Essex subway station in Manhattan. It's on the fifth floor (no elevator). The building is modest but very clean — I haven't seen a single insect in the entire year, which is quite rare for New York!

Room details:

Rent: $ per month (water included, other utilities are paid separately).
Equipped with an air conditioner (AC) and a small wardrobe.
The windows face the courtyard, so it's quiet and peaceful.
Common area:

The common area is already furnished with a sofa and a foldable table. The apartment is cozy and fully ready for comfortable living. I can send a video of the apartment that was taken before the furniture was arranged. The room in question is on the right.
