Looking for a responsible student or working professional roommate in our house located in a safe and beautiful gated community with community pool. Home atmosphere is clean and calm. Utilities and WiFi included in rent price with washer and dryer available. No couples but pets are welcome. We are less than 5 minutes from several
grocery stores. 7 minutes from Paradise Valley Community College, and 9 minutes from Deer Valley airport. New whole-house water softener and filter, and exterior security cameras. We are renting out 2 unfurnished, upstairs bedrooms from our bath home. The 2 bedrooms share a main bathroom, there is also a half bath downstairs. We are a male/female couple. Male is a working professional and female is a working professional and student. We have 1 small dog and 1 cat. We have 2 rooms for rent which will share a bathroom. Whoever is the first tenant will be able to help pick next roommate. We look forward to meeting you!
